One Killed, Four Injured in Crash on Stafford Road

One person was killed and four others were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Clackamas County Sunday evening, fire and police authorities reported.

Southwest Stafford Road north of Canby was closed between SW Newland and Mountain Road into early Monday morning as crews investigated and worked the scene.

Clackamas County deputies and Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue reported that one person had dead in the crash that occurred shortly before 9 p.m. Four others were hospitalized with injuries; their exact conditions are unknown.

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office investigates the cause of the crash. The Wilsonville Police Department also assisted at the scene.
