A motorcyclist from Estacada was killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday evening on Clackamas Highway near Eagle Creek.
Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the collision at approximately 5:06 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Highway 224 and Folsom Road.
Police said a Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Jonathan Kraemer, 36, of Estacada, was westbound on 224 when a Mitsubishi Galant, driven by Christopher Reynolds, 47, also of Estacada, attempted to turn left onto Folsom Rd — directly into the path of Kraemer.
Kraemer sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Reynolds was not injured.
OSP was assisted by Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, Estacada Fire Department and ODOT.
