A small fire was reported this week at Woodcraft Industries in Molalla, a manufacturer of hardwood cabinets, doors and other components located in the 400 block of Industrial Way.
The Molalla Fire District responded to the fire alarm just before 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 23.
Crews arrived on scene and determined that the small fire had started in the dust collection system. The blaze was contained to the collection system and did not spread, fire officials confirmed.
All employees were evacuated before emergency responders arrived. No injuries were reported.
In a Facebook post, Molalla Fire thanked the Woodcraft employees for their quick actions and assistance in locating the fire, providing access and allowing crews to quickly extinguish it.
