The Canby boys basketball team lost their only game last week, an away match against Tigard Friday, 50-43. They’ve had a rough stretch since league play started, dropping five in a row.

The girls had mixed results, beating St Mary’s Academy 48-45 before losing to Tigard 50-39. They’re 3-5 in league play and 7-12 overall.
Next up for Cougars basketball will be Lakeridge and Oregon City. The girls will play at home at 7 p.m. Tuesday and 5:45 Friday. the boys will be on the road Tuesday and home on Friday to take on the Pioneers at 7:15.
