Community Resource Center Opens for Fire Victims in Molalla

A “one-stop shop” community resource center for victims of the Clackamas wildfires is now open in the Molalla River School District gym.

The effort by Clackamas County is designed to help fire victims apply for disaster relief through the Federal Emergency Management Agency and connect with other assistance they need to rebuild their lives.

The resource center also offers expert help on planning and building codes, assessment and taxation, wildfire insurance, behavioral health and social services.

The Molalla River School District Community Gymnasium is located at 412 S. Swiegle Ave. The resource center will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday, Oct. 2.
