Clackamas County Sheriff’s Sale of Surplus Property Set for June 21

A public oral auction for the County Sheriff’s Sale of Clackamas County surplus property is scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, at the Sheriff’s Office Auditorium at 9101 SE Sunnybrook Boulevard in Clackamas.

Doors for the in-person event will open at 9:15 a.m., and the auction will begin at 10 a.m. The auction would be conducted orally and no sealed bids will be accepted. All properties are sold as-is.

Auction registration is limited to 100 participants, on a first-come first-served basis. Interested people may register by sending an email to realpropertysurplus@clackamas.us by 5 p.m. June 19.

The properties for sale have come into the county’s possession through tax foreclosures. The Property Disposition Division manages, administers and disburses property transfers or distribution to provide social, economic and environmental benefits for the people of Clackamas County.

The list of surplus properties is distributed to other county departments, agencies, local governments and special districts as well as the public.
