The Aurora Fire District rescued one person trapped inside a recreational vehicle following a crash on Butteville Road near Boones Ferry in Aurora Friday night.
The RV left the roadside and collided with a tree in the single-vehicle crash, which occurred around 10 p.m. Friday.
Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue assisted in the rescue at Aurora Fire’s request.
“With the great teamwork between the agencies, they were able to remove the patient from the wreckage,” the Aurora Fire District reported on its Facebook page. “The patient was transported to a local area hospital for further treatment.
“We want to thank TVF&R for their assistance and help with successfully handling this difficult situation.”
