VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old girl who they say they believe is meeting an unknown man in Portland. Ariella J. Archie was last seen near Southeast 164th Avenue and McGillivray Boulevard in Vancouver. She was wearing a black shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a white button-up shirt. Police say she currently has long, dark hair.
