PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old foster child Jordan Cushing, who has been reported missing and may be in danger.
Last Seen in Portland
According to ODHS, Cushing was last seen in Portland on Friday, September 26. Officials believe she may still be in the city and could be spending time near the Evergreen Inn & Suites Portland Airport, located at 3828 NE 82nd Avenue.

She also has visible scars on her arms and legs. In addition, ODHS noted that Cushing sometimes writes the name “Spencer” on her arms and legs using a marker.
