New York, US: Police are searching for a group of suspects linked to a brutal assault and robbery that took place outside a Manhattan bar, leaving one man seriously injured late Sunday night.

Authorities say the victim, a 32-year-old man, was attacked by several individuals around 2:30 a.m. after leaving a popular bar in the East Village.
