PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Officials have identified the man whose body was discovered floating in the Tualatin River earlier this week.
Discovery at Brown’s Ferry Park
On Sunday, paddleboarders near Brown’s Ferry Park spotted a body in the river and immediately contacted law enforcement. Multiple agencies, including the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, responded to the scene. The body was recovered soon after.
Identification Released
On Thursday, just before 11:30 a.m., the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the identity of the deceased as Joe Jacob Winn, 42, of Tualatin.
