Oregon Man Charged With Killing Girlfriend and Dumping Body With Teen Son’s Help

Man Accused of Murdering Partner in Oregon City

An Oregon City man has been arrested and charged with multiple crimes after authorities say he killed his live-in girlfriend and dumped her body in a forested area with the help of his teenage son.

According to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, 56-year-old William Glen Blake was taken into custody on October 23 and faces charges of second-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, unlawful use of a weapon, and tampering with evidence.

The victim, 38-year-old Jennifer Ruth Stuart, was reported missing in August. Her body was later discovered in the Mount Hood National Forest on September 1, and investigators determined her death was a homicide.

Teen Son Also Charged

Blake’s 15-year-old son, whose name has not been released due to his age, was also charged in juvenile court with abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence. Authorities allege the teenager helped his father dispose of Stuart’s remains following the killing.

The sheriff’s office said the alleged crime occurred on August 15, 2025, at the family’s home in Oregon City. Detectives believe Blake and Stuart got into an argument that escalated into violence, ultimately resulting in her death.

Afterward, Blake reportedly enlisted his teenage son to help move Stuart’s body. The pair allegedly transported her remains to a remote, wooded location in Clackamas County, where they left her.

Investigation and Arrest

Following weeks of investigation, deputies say Blake admitted that he and Stuart had argued before the situation “turned violent.” Detectives later gathered enough evidence to link him to the killing and the concealment of her body.

Blake was booked into the Clackamas County Jail and is being held without bail. He is expected to appear in court later this week to face formal charges.

The teenager was released into his mother’s custody while the juvenile court process continues. Investigators also believe another minor may have information related to the case and have asked anyone with details to contact the sheriff’s office.

Authorities Urge Community Cooperation

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office continues to piece together the timeline leading up to Stuart’s death and the events that followed. Officials have not released additional details about the motive or the nature of the argument that led to the alleged crime.

In a statement, the sheriff’s office thanked the public for tips that helped locate Stuart’s remains and emphasized the importance of community cooperation in solving violent crimes.

Anyone with information related to the case or who may have seen suspicious activity in the Mount Hood National Forest area in mid-August is urged to contact the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office tip line.

As the investigation unfolds, Blake remains in custody facing serious charges, while the court system determines the next steps for his teenage son’s involvement in the case.
