Ongoing Legal Process
Beaverton police said the investigation remains open as prosecutors move forward with the case. Authorities have not released additional details about whether speed, impairment, or other factors played a role in the crash.
Officials are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has information about Willan’s movements that night to contact the Beaverton Police Department.
