If you’re looking for a safe, family-friendly way to celebrate Halloween, you may want to check out the Boo Bash on Friday, Oct. 30, hosted by the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District.
This drive-thru event for Halloween lovers of all ages will be held outdoors between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. at the North Clackamas Aquatic Park, along the main drive and in the parking lot. The Aquatic Park is located at 7300 E. Harmony Road in Milwaukie.
(Note: The Aquatic Park itself is closed until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic.)
Participants will receive goodie bags filled with treats and crafts, then drive through what organizers describe as a “not-so-scary” Halloween experience with imaginative displays, costumes and performances. Attendees are invited to decorate their car or truck for added fun.
