The Canby Cougars football team (0-4) traveled to Newberg for a non-league clash Friday, but they didn’t go alone. Canby faithful packed the visiting team stands and kept the energy going all night. The Cougars fought hard until the last whistle, but ultimately fell, 20-7. They’ll be back home this week for a conference game against the Tualatin Timberwolves. Game kicks off at 7 p.m.
