Canby Area Beautification will hold its annual planting beginning at 10 a.m. Nov. 23 (the Saturday before Thanksgiving) along Highway 99E across from Canby Builder’s Supply.
The nonprofit will be planting approximately 100 “Knockout” roses donated by CBS and Milar’s Point S Tire & Auto, and they need lots of help as they continue their mission to help Canby make good on its nickname: “The Garden Spot.”
Canby Fire District personnel will again be assisting in the effort, which is open to all community members. Hot coffee and chili will be provided.
